2. Nature of Products and Sales Finality

License keys
Activation codes

Access credentials
Owing to the nature of these digital goods, all sales are final, irrevocable, and non-cancellable once an order has been confirmed and processed.
3. No Right to Cancellation
In accordance with applicable consumer protection and digital commerce laws, the Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:
No order cancellation requests shall be entertained after the digital product has been delivered via email
Delivery is considered complete upon transmission of the product to the registered email address provided at the time of checkout
Once a digital product is issued, it is deemed consumed and non-recoverable, making it ineligible for cancellation or reversal
4. No Return or Exchange Obligations
Vedicron Technologies shall not be held liable to accept returns, provide exchanges, or facilitate order modifications once the license or digital product is dispatched.
⚠️ Important: Software keys and digital licenses cannot be revoked, reused, or deactivated once issued. As such, cancellations or returns are not technically feasible.
5. Non-Refundable Transactions
Consistent with our Refund Policy, Vedicron Technologies will not issue any refunds, full or partial, for:
Customer error in software selection
Incompatibility with the user’s system
Change of mind or accidental purchase
Failure to review system requirements prior to purchase
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Reviewing product details and compatibility
Ensuring the accuracy of the email address submitted at checkout
Understanding that once a license is delivered, it becomes permanently associated with their identity or system
